These are the diagrams behind the Four Fluencies framework for partner enablement in the era of AI. Put them in a board deck, a QBR, a training session, a partner kickoff, or a blog post. No permission needed and no attribution beyond the URL already on each image.

Each downloads as a high-resolution PNG that will hold up projected. If you want something changed — a different cut of the matrix, your own stage labels, a version sized for a specific template — say so and I'll make it.

The four fluencies of partner enablement: Portfolio Fluency (know), Co-Sell Fluency (sell), Delivery Fluency (deliver) and Program Fluency (operate), each with a one-line definition.
The Four Fluencies of Partner Enablement. The framework in one image: four dimensions every partner program operates across, and what each one actually measures. Three are partner-facing. Program Fluency is the internal operating model that lets the other three scale. Download PNG
The partner fluency maturity model: three stages running from Static (broadcast) through Adaptive (personalized) to Ambient (always-on).
The Partner Fluency Maturity Model. Static, Adaptive, Ambient. The stages apply to each fluency independently, so a program can be Adaptive on Portfolio and still Static on Delivery. Most enterprise programs are Static across all four. Download PNG
Maturity matrix showing all four partner fluencies against the three stages, with a concrete description in each of the twelve cells.
Four fluencies × three stages. The full matrix, with a concrete description in each of the twelve cells. This is the one to put on screen when you want a room to place itself honestly rather than argue about definitions. Download PNG
What to measure in each of the four fluencies: win rates and time-to-competency for Portfolio, pipeline velocity and partner-influenced revenue for Co-Sell, customer health and retention for Delivery, partner manager leverage and time-to-onboard for Program.
What to measure in each fluency. The metrics that tell you whether a fluency is improving, as opposed to whether enablement activity happened. Useful when you need to defend a program's numbers to a CRO. Download PNG
The diagnostic question each partner fluency answers, from whether a partner won the deal on a tough question to whether the program can say it built an agent for that.
The question each fluency answers. The same four dimensions expressed as the question a partner leader should be able to answer out loud. Good opener for a workshop. Download PNG
